With the cold months slowing coming to an end, I have been on the hunt for a few new pieces that will be able to keep me warm on those chilly spring days. As many of you know, cardigans and sweaters are always the best (and easiest) way to stay warm and cute during this awkward time of year. I have never owned very many cardigans, but sweaters overfill my closet. Lately, though, I have been trying to “mature” my closet and I knew cardigans would be the best way to go.
I went on another mini shopping trip the other day and stopped in some stores that I normally don’t go into. Charlotte Russe, DSW, and H&M were on our itinerary for the day. From H&M, I wasn’t expecting much because I normally never find anything that is my style, however; they were having a very nice clearance sale. When first seeing this soft, navy cardigan, I knew that I needed it. I grabbed it in this navy color and a lavender color as well, which I know is going to look great during our upcoming spring season.
The best part of this new piece that I snagged up was the price tag: $7.00. Such a steal! It is by far the softest piece of clothing I have ever owned and I could not be more excited about this recent purchase. I paired it with a navy and white striped shirt from Old Navy, but also could have paired it with a graphic tee, which is probably what I will do next time I reach for this piece.
What is your favorite transitional piece for this time of year? Let me know down below. Thanks so much for reading!
