Hello again beauties! Yes, this makes two posts in one day, but I have an explanation! I have been thinking of some kind of post that I could do each and every week to count on that will help both myself and you all as well! Monday Motivations will be posted every Monday; just a post all about my goals/thoughts/plans/and hopes for the week ahead of me. Be sure to let me know if you enjoy this type of thing and also be sure to follow me on my socials as well!
As this is the first day back from spring break, I am already feeling stressed and overwhelmed, but I will not let this feeling consume me!
To help keep me organized for this week ahead of me, I have already made sure to write down any and all assignments that are do and plans that I have made with friends so that I don’t have to worry about remembering to do anything, but read my planner.
Do homework early:
I don’t know how all professors do this, but all of mine this semester assign work in the beginning of the week and don’t make it due till Sunday, which is VERY helpful for me. I have always been the person to do the work way before it is due and this just helps me to stay less stressed during the school week. I have already finished 3 assignments that are due this upcoming Sunday WOOT WOOT!
Be sure to complete tasks that need to be done ASAP (groceries, appointments, etc):
I know that I need to buy some new products because I am completely out of both my setting spray and mascara, so I need to make a list of everything that I need and make a trip to my local mall (which also may be dangerous).
This is by far my favorite part of the week! In order to do so, I need to complete all the tasks I possibly can in order to fully relax. Also, the weather is supposed to be beautiful a few days this week, so that is a plus! Mid-60’s are my favorite!
Going to the gym is the best stress reliever that I hate to think about, but LOVE doing once there. I don’t think I will ever live without a gym membership again: not only do I enjoy the thought of working on my physical appearance/body, the gym is also a place that helps me work on and strengthen my mind and mood. Having my headphones in blasting, doing all different types of exercises while getting completely out of my head is a great feeling.
