Sadly, today is the day that I had to drive back to school to start my Spring semester. Classes start tomorrow and I have just gotten back from the bookstore (already feeling stressed).
Since I have just unpacked everything, I decided to show you all what I like to eat/munch on at college. At my school, the dining hall is right behind my Hall, which I enjoy. I also have a meal plan to where I get 10 meals a week, which I have never used them all up in a week. I don’t eat lunch in the dining hall, as I figure it’s easier and more convenient to come up with something myself since I like to do all of my homework in the afternoons anyway.
Yesterday, my mom took me to Walmart and let me pick out whatever I wanted for snacks to have in my dorm (dangerous idea, mom). Although I don’t think I went too crazy, as I know I will eat everything I got. I pretty much just picked out your basic things: cheese stickers, yogurt, granola bars, juice pouches, popcorn, pretzels, goldfish, cereals, peanuts, and peanut butter. One of my goals is to eat a little healthier this semester, so hopefully this works well for me.
In my fridge after unpacking, I have my juice pouches, cheese, yogurt, and some food that my mom packed me, as well. Inside each container, there is chicken, quinoa (MY FAVORITE), and corn. I plan on eating those for my lunches this up and coming week.
In my drawers, I don’t do any special organizing. The reason behind that is because it reminds me of when I was little and my teachers would have a basket of snacks/treats we could choose from and I would always get excited from those. That is what my drawers do to me when I open them, which may not be a good thing. 😉
As I am back to college now, I will be putting up a dorm tour soon, so stick around for that!
As always, thanks for reading, you guys are awesome!
